Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

CLASSES

ZUMBA GOLD®/GOLD TONING

 A modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.  Zumba® Gold takes the Latin and International dance rhythms you know and love from regular Zumba® classes and brings them to the active older adult, beginner participant and other special populations that may require modifications.  This class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.  Zumba® Gold-Toning blends the Zumba® party you love at a slower pace with a redefining total body workout using Zumba® Toning Sticks to shake up those muscles!

POUND

Pound is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 600 and 900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix™, you'll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, Pounding off pounds as each song flies by. Rock, rap, dubstep, pop and old school music fuse to create the Poundtrack series.

 

BODY BLAST

Total body muscle conditioning class that can be modified for all fitness levels from using your own body weight to hand weights. It begins with a five minute cardio warm up and moves through quads, biceps , triceps, hamstrings , lats, shoulders, back, and abs followed with a ten min cool down and stretch.

STRONG by ZUMBA®

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

PiYo™

PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. During a PiYo class, you will find yourself standing in a yoga pose one minute, and down on the floor in a Pilates pose the next!  It is a pre-designed class that will really get your heart rate going as it features various styles of yoga and Pilates in continuous movement and flow from one exercise to another.

 
Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.  Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and the moves are simple and easy to learn.
